Quick Tips for Treating Parvo!

If your puppy is still vomiting, ensure you keep administering both the "Parvaid" AND  "Vibactra Plus" throughout this vomiting period.

Both Parvaid and Vibactra Plus can be purchased through Pawzforhealth, please visit our "store"

Begin to administer the "Oat Water recipe" detailed below!!!

Give the "Oat water" with the "Parvaid" every hour and do one by enema ("Parvaid and Oat Water recipe") - (see page 27 Parvo Guide)

The Oat Water recipe will also help calm the stomach and provide needed nutrition to your puppy.

Ensure the gums are pink, if the gums are turning white, then the sugar levels are dropping and it becomes harder to pull the pup out of parvo.  If this is the case rub molasses or pancake syrup on the gums hourly till the gums turn pink again. Make sure pup is hydrated!

The vomiting WILL  slow down or stop.

Please note: vomiting is very common on parvo cases.  Parvo causes the vomiting, the medicine and liquids that are given will be partially absorbed before the pup vomits it back up.   You have to keep at it to see success. usually results occur within 24 - 48 hrs!
